These gatherings are monthly opportunities to return thanks, energy and love to Spirit in Nature. 2012, a Vun (Fire) year in the Dagara tradition, is an opportunity to connect with and activate our Ancestral relationships as Fire is the portal to the Ancestors. We will be facilitating Ancestor rituals this year along with on-going Gatherings of Gratitude, giving thanks and reciprocity to Spirit in Nature. Our focus will be on varied cosmological elements.
Gatherings of Gratitude: 11am saturdays

All things, all beings, we all are indelibly
connected.We are duty-bound to be
in familial, intimate, reciprocal relationship with the alive, living natural
world - all our relations - as our indigenous Ancestors have correctly taught
us to do and urge us to do again.
[PAGE IN PROCESS OF REDESIGN] THANKS FOR CHECKING IN!!!!
Gatherings of Gratitude meet at 11am on saturdays. Ukumbwa will guide the gatherings based on Dagara spiritual concepts. We will be giving simple, but necessary offerings to Spirit in Nature. You are invited to bring any offering that you are called to give in compassionate and loving reciprocity with Spirit. Please see below the following dates and locations section to see more details on our process.
We hope you will be able to attend or support
this work in any way you feel called to do. Please be free to contact
me here or at ukumbwa@gmail.com if you have any questions,
concerns, feedback or ideas. We are also seeking to create lasting relationships with practitioners of other indigenous and earth/nature-based traditions and practices. We wish to build new spiritual and social alliances that our Ancestors will be proud of and totally excited about. Thank you all.
