Divination is a spiritual process in which items and materials are used to intuit and channel information from Spirit in the interest of gaining perspective and guidance in our lives.  Divination can look very different between and within cultures, but is based on similar concepts.

Dagara divination, or cloth divination as it has come to be known and developed in the "west", utilizes stones, shells and other items manipulated by the divinee (you) on a diviners cloth that displays the five cosmological elements.  The divination is done by reading the configuration of items on the cloth, intuition and further discussion.

Upon scheduling a divination, you will be asked to read an explanatory document to prepare you further for the session.  You will be asked to bring an item that represents one of the five Dagara cosmological elements and some coins that will be used during the divination and will finally be given to me as part of the energetic exchange.  You will be given opportunity to voice your concerns and feelings that will guide the divination process.  Additional items may be added to the shells and stones as you speak.  You will be asked to stir the items up on the cloth in circular fashion and the divination will then begin.  The diviner is then in communication with Spirit and you for the duration of the divination.

Divinations may take anywhere from one to three hours and can be done in your home, in nature or other locations.
